Dan brings over 30 years experience as a senior operations executive, business consultant and entrepreneur to our clients.  Prior to joining Transition360, Dan spent 12 years as the Principal of Stone Resource Group, a management consulting firm focused on turnaround management, leadership development and ownership transition strategies.

Dan has a Bachelors of Science degree – Business Administration from City University.  Dan and his wife of over 30 years have two grown daughters and live in Mukilteo.

Dan is a Certified Exit Planner (CExP™), an affiliate of the Business Enterprise Institute, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, member of the South Everett Mukilteo Rotary Club and President of the South Everett Mukilteo Rotary Foundation.

EAGLE INSURANCE GROUP – Seattle, WA (1985 – 2001)
Senior Vice President, Claims and Policyholder Services. A group of privately held workers’ compensation insurance companies, specializing in high risk, severe loss industries. Provided strategic vision, leadership and operations management for a team of 60 managers, supervisors, technicians and support staff operating in 14 states.
