Phase 1: Business Analysis

Our business analysis provides a high level assessment of the scalability of your business. Internally, there is a review of the operational and financial health of your business. Externally, you receive an assessment of current industry and economic trends that might impact the value of your business. This analysis also involves a discussion to determine your transition readiness.

 

Phase 2: Market Valuation

This includes a current market valuation of your business. Key factors considered:

  • The financial history of your business
  • The industry trends and ratios
  • The value of the tangible and intangible assets of your company
  • The expected rate of return on your capital investments
  • The capability of your company to internally fund growth
  • The Transition360 risk assessment

Phase 3: Value Acceleration

A Value Acceleration involves a research-based process to increase the value of your businesses due to accelerating revenue generation. As a proprietary service, Value Acceleration includes research, analysis development and implementation of a validated growth plan. This plan is the result of a thorough business and market analysis to determine where your competitive advantage now lies, and how to leverage it. The ultimate outcome is an increase in your revenues, hence, increasing the market value of your business prior to sale.

Phase 4: Exit Planning

This is the creation of a strategic transition plan that meets your business, financial and timing objectives; therefore allowing you to achieve your personal goals and smoothly transition into the next chapter of your life. Phase 5: Business Brokerage
