At Transition360, Tod oversees public relations, marketing, facilitation, internal/external accountability measurement and crowd control. (All expertise finely tuned through the parenting of four children.)
Tod is a veteran United States Chamber of Commerce director and served as Ambassador for Seattle to Washington DC, representing Puget Sound’s small and midsize business owners to the US Congress.
Tod’s focus is helping business owners build and receive optimum value for their company. Owner/Seller/Buyer education, quantitative screening for capable and serious buyers/sellers, and humor have proven to be Tod’s unique competitive advantage. To execute these transitions, Tod draws upon more than 15 years of experience in business ownership and management, as well as his tenure in senior roles within regional and global CPA firms.
Tod particularly enjoys finding simple ways of looking at complex issues and has used this expertise facilitating solution focused Board meetings for over 100 Puget Sound companies in the past 10 years.
In addition to his business experience, Tod’s study towards medical school at University of Fairbanks, astrophysics at the University of New Mexico, and a fully verifiable Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies completed at Indiana University, Bloomington, has proven invaluable in executing precise surgical, directional, and contractual owner/buyer linguistic translations required to transition a business from a successful owner to an even more successful new owner.
