In Memoriam (1943-2023)
Since the late sixties Bill has been involved in management, ownership and development of small businesses. In the seventies he founded “The Bottom Line Group,” a turnaround firm for distressed family businesses and in the early eighties sold it to his partners and retired for 6 weeks. He then changed his focus to profitable businesses and co-founded, “The Business Exchange Center,” a full service business brokerage.
Then in the early nineties, once again sold to his partners, retired again, this time for several months, and then created a virtual Brokerage model serving privately held companies with revenue under $20 million. The virtual model continues as Transition360.
