In the world of smaller owned businesses, current market trends are taking place but very unique. These companies are privately-held and are not required to report anything besides taxes. Ultimately, numerous businesses are hiding their true market value prior to any assessment.

However, it is our assumption, that there is a current market trend toward well-prepared businesses selling for more money than unprepared ones. The only trend you and I should pay close attention to is keeping our closing rate above 93%.
